3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Shipping Time (Canada & International): 7-21 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item, damaged), contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
5. How do I wash my shirt or sweatshirt?
To keep your apparel looking fresh:
Turn inside out
Wash cold on a gentle cycle
Tumble dry low or hang dry
Avoid ironing directly on the design
6. Are your materials eco-friendly?
We care about the environment. Our Into Nature designs use ethically sourced garments and eco-conscious printing practices whenever possible.
